CIMCO Edit 5.1 RELEASED

CIMCO Integration has improved the power of CIMCO Edit 5 with the addition of a new CNC code backplot and simulation module.

The backplotting module supports turning, 2D/3D milling, 5-Axis milling, and features the new and faster CIMCO 3D Solid simulation kernel.

Using a new CNC code translator with ISO code support for drilling cycles etc., and full Heidenhain support, you will get a more accurate visualization of your CNC programs than ever before.

The simulator is fully integrated into CIMCO Edit. Click on the any move and the editor jumps to the corresponding code, or have the current NC block highlighted on the plot. Any changes to the NC code are immediately updated on the backplot.

To take a closer look at a particular detail, just zoom in and a new high detail solid is generated.

Full collision checking is supported, including rapid through the stock, cutting with the tool shoulder or tool holder collision with the part.

The simulation can either stop once a collision is detected or use colors to mark areas with collisions.

Advanced machine converters and full 5-Axis geometry setup allows for accurate 5-Axis simulation.

Quickly locate areas left out by rest milling operations ect. by using a different color for each tool.
