VisiJet 3-D printer materials
The VisiJet family of 3-D printer materials are used by 3D Systems' family of InVision™ 3-D printers:
VisiJet® SR plastic material - for use with the InVision SR 3-D printer:
The InVision SR 3-D printer can utilize either of these two plastic materials to produce superior quality models and prototypes for a wide variety of uses:
- VisiJet SR 200 plastic material - a rigid, durable translucent white material that provides superior stiffness compared to M100 material.
- VisiJet M100 plastic material - a softer, more flexible material available in five colors - black, blue, grey, red, and natural (translucent white).
VisiJet HR material - for use with the InVision HR 3-D printer:
The InVision HR (high-resolution) printer can utilize either of these two blue colored materials to produce small, highly intricate casting patterns and models for jewelry, electronics and other applications.
- VisiJet HR 200 material - a blue material offering superior surface finish compared to the original HR-M100 material.
- VisiJet HR-M100 material – the original VisiJet material for use with the InVision HR 3-D printer. This material offers additional flexibility compared to HR 200.
Note: Both the InVision SR and the InVision HR 3-D printers utilize a two-material part-building system to produce models - a model material, and VisiJet S100 support material which is melted away after part building.
VisiJet™ LD plastics - for use with the InVision LD 3-D printer:
VisiJet LD 100 Material Kit includes a VisiJet LD 100 material roll - a tough, durable engineered thermoplastic in roll stock form, as well as glue and masking fluid required by the InVision LD 3-D printer to produce rugged concept and communication models.
